All Sales Are Final
All products sold on EmailDelivery.in are digital products (downloadable files). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is made and the download link has been delivered.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Exceptions – Limited Dispute Resolution
We will review your request only in the following specific cases:
- Wrong file delivered – You received a file that is different from what you ordered.
- Download link not received – You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Duplicate charge – You were charged more than once for the same order.
To raise a dispute, contact us at support@emaildelivery.in within 7 days of your purchase date with your order number and a description of the issue. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be entertained.
Not Eligible for Refund
The following are not valid reasons for a refund:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your device or software (please check requirements before purchasing)
- Failure to download due to your internet connection or device issues
- Accidental purchase
- You no longer need the product
No Liability
EmailDelivery.in shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products. All products are provided "as-is." It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compatibility and suitability before purchase.
